If you call us after our normal store hours,

 you may have a longer wait time due to

reduced phone staffing. 

Our peak season is April May and June.

If you are calling during those months,

please don't give up and

if you are on hold please be patient.

Considering we receive a lot of parts orders over the weekend, our parts order personnel sometimes help out in the warehouse to package all outgoing orders that came in over the weekend, so if you can't reach us on the phone on Mondays please understand.

You can still order from our website 24 hours a day 7 days each week "self service" using our ONLINE CATALOG.

  If you have placed an order over the weekend beginning after hours on Friday, your order is being processed by our warehouse personnel.  The warehouse does not have an incoming phone line to be able to help you with order status checks.

Please understand we have the most orders to fill on Mondays and if you submitted your order late Friday or Saturday or Sunday we are working hard to get your order processed. 

All of our personel are working in the warehouse on Mondays.

IF YOU ORDERED ON FRIDAY AND ARE CALLING ON MONDAY YOU SHOULD PROBABLY ASK FOR OUR RUSH SERVICE!
