TERMS

WE ASSOCIATE WITH A PART AND ITS AVAILABILITY.

From item to item, we indicate different stocking terms and in some cases, there may be no terms at all posted with the item.  The absence of any terms is not an indication of availability or stocking.

• AVAILABLE-The manufacturer of this item is still making this item.
• IN STOCK-The item is in stock at our warehouse, but is subject to being sold out at the time you make your purchase.  Our inventory is not real time.  If you urgently need an item, you should call us or send us an email.  Our response to you will be either the part is in stock at the moment or we are out of stock with a variable ETA depending on the item.  All items in stock at the moment are subject to your personal timeing and others making purchases at the same time.
• NORMAL STOCK ITEM- The item is a frequent selling item.  While we have high levels of inventory on our normal stock items, we do some times sell out.
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEM- This item is something that has either a high dollar value or heavy weight item and we choose not to stock this item at our location.  We will either order this type of item arriving our location or we may decide to drop ship direct to the customer.
• NLA- No Longer Available.  This means the item is obsolete with no available replacement.  From time to time, we perform research to see if we can find other sources for items that are said to be NLA by their respective manufacturers.
• REPLACED BY- If you see an item and its description says REPLACED BY, then that item has been changed by the manufacturer for some reason.  In many cases it may be a simple change not even noticeable.  In all cases the new replacement part is supposed to be suitable for your machine and the manufacturer has already certified that the replacement part is suited for your needs and will fit your application.
• ONLINE SALE PRICED- We offer our online buyers special pricing for using our self service shopping cart system.  UNLESS specifically stated otherwise on one of our Catalog Pages, the items marked with an ONLINE SALE PRICE are only sale priced when the buyer makes a self service purchase.  We will not honor any ONLINE SALE PRICING if purchased over our phone lines.  We also will not honor ONLINE SALE PRICES in our Jacksonville Arkansas retail store location. If a Discount is offered on Clearance Items and an items is already marked with an ONLINE SALE PRICE then the discount or Online sale price which ever is cheaper for the customer will be honored. NO DOUBLE DISCOUNTS ALLOWED.
